🎤 Simone Clarke – Chief Executive Officer, UN Women Australia
With over two decades of experience spanning sustainability, global advocacy, international development, and corporate partnerships, Simone has worked with UNICEF, Save the Children, Mission Australia, the AFL, and Telstra. Now leading UN Women Australia, she is dedicated to driving systemic change to accelerate gender equality and achieve SDG 5.
🎤 Kristy Turnbull – Partnerships Manager, Manly Warringah Sea Eagles
Kristy is an experienced partnerships professional with a proven track record in both corporate and philanthropic sectors. With a background that includes impactful roles at Lifeline Australia, Cerebral Palsy Alliance, and the NRL, Kristy has built a reputation for driving successful partnerships that create meaningful value. In her current role as Partnerships Manager with the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles, she leads the strategic execution of major partnerships and initiatives, helping to elevate the club's community engagement and business growth.
🎤 Shelley O’Malley – Events & Operations Manager, Manly Warringah Sea Eagles
Shelley made history as the first woman to receive the Doug Daley Memorial Club Person of the Year award in 2022 and is part of the inaugural NRL Women in League Executive Mentorship Program. With expertise in major events, venue operations and sports presentation, she has greatly impacted the club’s culture and success, including delivering of the first NRL Game Day in Las Vegas in 2024. Previously, she led events for Sony Group in Australia and New Zealand, working alongside some of the best in the entertainment and events industry

As 4 Pines’ Enviro & Social Impact Advisor, Sarah leads initiatives that drive sustainability, partnerships, and community impact. She also serves as President of Pink Boots Society Australia, a non-profit supporting women & gender diverse people in the beer industry through education, mentorship, and networking. Passionate about creating positive change, Sarah works at the intersection of business, sustainability, and gender equity.
