We make sure that our people are happy, safe and growing while nurturing and creating warm and welcoming relationships with the wider community. We are committed to helping our people be the best they can be and helping communities stay resilient. We survey our team annually and are pleased to share we are ‘Great Places to Work’ certified. 

At 4 Pines we empower our people through our ‘1 for the Community’ program to give to the causes that are close to their hearts, 4 Pines doubles their impact through Donation Matching dollar for dollar (with no limit). We understand that our employees have their unique passions & causes that they are dedicated & connected to. By doubling their donation 4 Pines helps to create a bigger difference to the causes our people care about. For full time employees we also volunteer match up to 4 days annually.

Bringing people together and creating welcoming hospitality experiences is in our 4 Pines DNA. You’ll find 4 Pines venues dotted across the country, some run by us, and others run by our mates. We’ll continue to share our love of good food, beer & people with the wider community in fun, safe places where all are welcome. 

Our community encompasses groups and organisations that we volunteer at and donate to, our supply chain, those who sell our beer & those who enjoy our beers at other places, the B Corp community, the 1% for the Planet community and so many other groups. We have a soft spot for organisations who are working in areas across water, renewable energy and communities in and around agricultural areas.
